Our fearless leader and Managing Director, Neil, has worked in the industry for over 40 years.

Executive Manager and Co-Owner
The true boss of the show (sorry Neil), Jane is our Executive Manager and, in all ways, our people and culture champion too.
Sophie
Support Manager and Co-Owner Successor
The daughter of Jane and Neil, an engineer “by trade” with over 10 years’ experience in the Construction sector
Joe
Insurance Project Manager and Co-Owner Successor
The son-in-law, a qualified and licensed builder (and all-round great guy) who hails from the green pastures of County Carlow in Ireland.

Phil
Insurance Project Foreman
Phil’s a Nelson local and oversees all of our Nelson/Tasman jobs; he ensures a quality service for our clients.
Claire
Office Administrator
If you’re in a pickle, Claire is the one who answers your phone call and points you in the right direction. She is the office guru and quite genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Health and Safety and Office Administrator
Laura is an instrumental part of our Health and Safety and support functions; she’s efficient, she’s caring, she might even be superhuman.
