Kennedy Builders was founded over 30 years ago by Jane and Neil Kennedy, whose vision, hard work, and deep connection to the top of the South Island laid the foundation for the business we know today. From Golden Bay beginnings to projects across the South Island, they built a reputation for quality, care, and integrity.

Today, Sophie and Joe Cummins carry that legacy forward as the succession owners. Together with our skilled, long-term team, they continue to focus on residential and small commercial building, heritage restoration, sustainable construction, and insurance reinstatement work — delivering every project with the same principles Jane and Neil established: family, connection, kindness, and integrity
